Your Role

As HR & Office Manager you will be mainly responsible for the administration management of our HR, including the hiring process, and the day-to-day office organization & challenges. In this role you will strengthen the G&A team, reporting to the VP HR & Legal, and also working closely together with the VP Finance & Operations. You will work with a talented team that brings health to people by empowering scientists and clinicians.

Your Tasks

  • Responsible for HR Operations such as payroll, personnel administration, and internal guidelines 
  • Act as the first point of contact for all operational HR related queries 
  • Management of HR related insurances & platforms 
  • Management of the hiring process 
  • Organizing HR events  
  • Support the VP HR & Legal in strategic projects such as people development, employer branding, and employee benefits 
  • Support the VP Finance & Operations in general financial administration as well as accounting 
  • General office management such as incoming mail & calls, ordering office material, and managing the external cleaning company 

Your Profile

  • Educational background and experience in HR / Business administration or similar 
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills  
  • Accuracy and quality-focused
  • Remarkable communication and conflict management skills 
  • Acting pro-actively and independently with a hands-on approach 
  • Excellent knowledge of German and good English skills 
  • Superb computer literacy with capability in Outlook, MS Office and Abacus Software 
  • Having financial accounting experience is a plus
